If evolution really works, how come mothers only have two hands?
Milton Berle 1908-2002
In my world wide search for
bare breasted statues, I found this couple in the Lake District in England. It was in a pile of rubbish behind the B&B we stayed in. I can’t recommend the B&B but the Lake District is gorgeous.

Have you ever wondered, based on statues and art, why in the old days people used to do so much naked or nearly so? it does look like a pretty area there.
ReplyDeleteActually, apart from fully identifying with your quote - I'm with Scott! With global warming, it certainly looks like they now wear more clothes in England than they used to ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame it was in a pile of rubbish behind the B&B
Hi Don! I followed you home from Scott's place; hope you don't mind. :o)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful find in a pile of rubbish. You've got some great works here! Looking forward to seeing more.
oh! how true!
