Not Passing Wind

Latin Proverb

The wind was not serving on this calm evening at the Altamont Pass Wind Farm near Livermore, California. I doubt oars would help much here. The Altamont Pass Wind Farm is the largest concentration of wind turbines in the world but it does have kind of a funny name.
