Positive Pooh

“Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon”
Winnie the Pooh

Some people worry about rough landings but this colorful balloon is making a smooth, happy return to terra firma in Napa Valley.

This weeks theme for Corner View is "a positive thought for bad moments". There are more positive thoughts in the blogs below. Thanks to Francesca for hosting, Ibabe for choosing the theme and Jane for getting this whole thing started.

  2. Fantastic photo, one of the most beautiful ballons I've ever seen!

Here's one of the most well-known german songs for you. It's about 99 red balloons and how they caused war by accident, which tells us: not everyone listens to Winnie the Pooh...

  9. Just today we were talking about what a treat it would be to have a nice big balloon, perhaps even big enough for a balloon flight. And how did we come about to that subject? Because I'm reading dear old Winnie to Top3 and Top4!

  14. I have always wanted to take a hot air balloon ride! This is lovely. I wonder if it would help my fear of heights or ... I would be traumatized. Hmm.
